Pet Rent:

$75/month for 1 pet

$120/month for 2 pets

Parking Rates:

$100/month for an assigned single space

$125/month for an assigned premium space

$175/month for an assigned EV space + ($.23 per KW)

$190/month for an assigned tandem space

Unit Transfer Fee:

The transfer fee is equivalent to half of one month’s rent

Lease Break Fee:

The lease break fee is equivalent to two month’s rent + concession payback.

Utilities:

Resident Utility Billing System (RUBS): a monthly collective consumption of water, sewer, trash gas, stormwater, and heating and cooling, allocation based on a combination of square footage of the dwelling unit and the number of persons residing in the dwelling unit.

Digital Concierge: $5.99/month

Administrative Billing Fee: $4.75/month

SCEP Fee: $2.83/month

Electricity:

Individual units are sub-metered.

Cable TV & Internet:

Safety-net Internet: $65/month for standard speed option or $85/month for high-speed option

Storage Locker Fee:

Small Lockers: $100-$125/month

Large Lockers: $250/month

Storage Room Fee:

Small Room: $75/month

Large Room: $300-$500/month

Bike Storage:

$15/month

Renter’s Insurance:

You are not required to provide proof of insurance with the Onni Waiver Fee. This monthly fee is $12 per month. The Onni Waiver Fee does not cover personal property, just property damage up to $100,000. If you would like to obtain renter’s insurance for your personal property you can, however, please ensure all residents are on the insurance policy and listing “Onni Santa Monica LP, Onni Properties LLC 5055 N 32^nd Street Suite 200, Phoenix AZ 85018” as an interested party.
